Company Overview: Moshi Moshi is starting a new real estate vertical, specialising in providing end-to-end sales and marketing solutions to its clients in both residential and farm properties. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. To expand our team, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our real estate division. Job Description As a Sales Head in our Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for driving sales by following up on leads generated through our online campaigns, nurturing prospective clients, and guiding them through the property purchase process. Your primary goal will be to convert prospective leads into buyers by providing expert guidance, arranging site visits, showcasing properties of our clients, and closing sales, all while maintaining the unified communication which reflects the brands value and positioning. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for residential/commercial projects. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential channel partners. Client Handling & Closures: Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead follow-ups and site visits to negotiations and final closures. Maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients. Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement. Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to adapt effectively. Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends and buyer behaviour. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions using CRM tools. Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for internal review. Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate or construction sales (residential/commercial). Strong track record of achieving sales targets and handling high-value transactions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Bangalore’s real estate market, especially premium/locality-specific developments. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Attach your CV while applying.
