What you’ll own:

✅ Day-to-day ops of multiple studios + events

✅ Team hiring, training & performance

✅ SOPs, customer experience & quality checks

✅ City expansions, pop-ups & studio launches

✅ Inventory, budgeting & reporting to leadership

Who you are:

• 5–8 yrs in retail ops / hospitality
• Based in Delhi or Gurgaon
• Strong with systems, people and customer service
• Open to travelling, as and when required
• Excellent at scaling experiences without losing charm
