Role Overview

The Head of Sales and Marketing at Mayon Foundations will be a key leadership role responsible for crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth, build brand equity, and ensure a superior client experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and a team leader with deep knowledge of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with Mayon Foundations’ goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and investor networks.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and out-of-home media.
• Oversee the complete sales funnel—from lead generation to customer onboarding and after-sales support.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning.
• Ensure high standards of customer relationship management and build long-term client trust.
• Collaborate with project, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and handovers.
• Represent Mayon Foundations at industry events, expos, and client interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and lead management.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Thorough understanding of the Coimbatore real estate market and buyer preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
