Job Posting: Finance Head (Chartered Accountant)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial operations, regulatory compliance, audits, and strategic financial planning. This is a leadership role critical to supporting growth, governance, and profitability across the group.

·       Lead financial operations across all three entities and ensure consolidated reporting.

·       Supervise finalization of accounts, statutory audits, and tax audits.

·       Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory returns.

·       Oversee all ROC, Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI compliance matters.

·       Implement and strengthen ERP-based financial systems and internal controls.

·       Prepare monthly MIS, budget forecasts, and cost control reports.

·       Manage working capital, bank relationships, cash flows, and fund utilization.

·       Lead and mentor the accounts teams across the group.

·       Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – Mandatory.

·       10–15 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in a Finance Head role within a manufacturing industry.

·       Industry experience in Aluminum, Copper, Metal, Electrical, or Engineering sectors preferred.

·       Proficiency in Tally and exposure to ERP systems is essential.

·       Strong understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and corporate finance.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

·       Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
