Responsibilities:

  1. Drive annual compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and pay structure design aligned with market trends and business needs
  2. Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, and retirement schemes
  3. Maintain internal equity through job evaluation and grading frameworks
  4. Design and implement performance-linked pay structures and incentive plans
  5. Use existing HR tech platforms to support data-driven decisions and insights
  6. Partner with Business Leaders, Finance, HRBPs, to align C&B strategy with org goals
  7. Bring understanding of IT services talent landscape, including offshore/onshore models and niche skill premiums
  8. (Good to have) Experience in M&A due diligence, compensation harmonization, and PMI
