The company operates an integrated steel plant with DRI, Captive Power Plant, SMS with Continuous Billet Casting, Hot Strip Mill, and ERW Pipe Mill. Maruti Ispat & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to lead our DRI operations at our Kurnool plant. The ideal candidate will have 20–25 years of comprehensive experience in DRI plant operations, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and a sound understanding of 100TPD DRI plant specifications and parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the DRI plant ensuring safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
• Analyze and control production costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and manage plant performance, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Interpret and manage 100TPD plant technical specifications and operational parameters effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety and environmental norms.
• Train and mentor technical teams to enhance skills and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 20 to 25 years of hands-on experience in DRI plant operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of 100TPD rotary kiln parameters and best practices.
• Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and team management skills.
• Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and operational planning.
