Head Center of Excellence

'The Head – Center of excellence (Head COE) at Finance Shared Services (FSSC) India is a key role that develops plans and influences process improvement changes across the FSSC value stream. He / She is responsible for driving operations improvement initiatives by using reengineering tools, key data and insights. The incumbent must be a dynamic leader who will have a strong focus in identifying, planning, and implementing key projects that will improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve process cycle times. For this, he / she will have the opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and liaise across Shared Services both within and outside the group to exchange best practices. He / She will be a key player in the success of the FSSC organization.

Job Purpose:

The Head COE will provide thought and action leadership to drive continuous stream of innovations and business transformation for value creation. This role will be responsible for optimizing operations and service delivery at FSSC India in terms of Quality, Cost, Productivity and Delivery. The Head COE will be agile in understanding changing business needs and will identify opportunities for process improvement using various organizational, analytical, Lean and Six sigma problem solving methodologies, ultimately leading FSSC India to global excellence.
