You’ll play a key role in identifying project opportunities, writing strong proposals, generating leads, and supporting conversions—directly from our office. Your responsibilities include: Managing and optimizing White Sand’s profiles on freelance platforms Applying to relevant projects with tailored proposals Generating quality leads and following up for conversions Collaborating with in-house team members for execution Tracking and reporting project performance regularly Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience managing Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer & many more platforms Excellent English communication & proposal writing skills Track record of lead generation or project conversion Knowledge of branding, marketing, or creative agency services Comfortable working full-time from our office Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Google Docs Why White Sand?
