Guest Relations Manager

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure a personalized and memorable coffee house experience. Manage customer feedback, resolve concerns, and drive loyalty through engagement programs. Collaborate with the service and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction, curate guest events, and promote a community-first atmosphere aligned with Mleko’s brand values. Maintain customer databases and provide insights to improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people.
• Previous experience in hospitality, cafes, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with social media tools is a bonus.
• A genuine interest in specialty coffee and artisanal food culture.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
