Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at Waterwoods Lodges & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., located in Mysuru Taluka. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing guest inquiries and issues, coordinating with other departments to enhance guest experiences, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. They will also be involved in training staff and continuously improving guest relations processes. Qualifications Guest Relations and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in Training staff Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
