Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for visiting UHNI clients—ensuring an exceptional welcome and hospitality experience. Coordinate and support annual client office visits, including scheduling, on-ground assistance, and reporting. Execute personalized birthday gifting and maintain relationships with premium florists and gift vendors across 5 key cities. Support planning and hospitality logistics for marquee client events and offsites. Manage meeting room readiness, refreshments, and ambience in line with Platinum standards. Maintain and regularly update the Platinum Client Master List and monthly interaction tracker. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client-facing moments. Handle luxury logistics including airport pickups, hotel bookings, and personalized experiences. Assist in creation of personalized notes, invites, and communication touchpoints. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and data handling. Record client preferences to ensure personalization and continuity in service. Provide post-visit/event feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium client servicing, or corporate guest relations. Polished, client-facing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail. Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based coordination. Comfortable working with high-profile individuals and in high-stakes environments. Proactive, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
