Growth Sales Manager

About the Role:

JobsKart is looking for an experienced and dynamic Growth Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in Kota. This role is perfect for someone who not only excels at B2B sales but also thrives in mentoring teams, driving performance, and building a high-growth sales culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Growth Sales Associates to achieve daily/weekly targets
• 
  
• Drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, email campaigns)
• 
  
• Strategize and execute outreach to HR managers, recruiters, and business owners
• 
  
• Monitor team performance using CRM and sales tools, and guide improvements
• 
  
• Own and exceed revenue goals while ensuring a strong sales pipeline
• 
  
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention
• 
  
• Regularly review pitch quality, follow-up effectiveness, and sales hygiene

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales
• 
  
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred
• 
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• 
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR tech is a plus
• 
  
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams
• 
  
• Must have a laptop and strong command over digital tools and CRM
