Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager, located in Dehradun/Kashipur. The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis, managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating with sales teams to optimize performance. The Growth Manager will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to work with data
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in Sales and ability to meet targets
• Proficiency in Project Management and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in Analytics and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
