About the Role: Communications Trainee (Graphics)

We are seeking a Communications Trainee (Graphics) who can craft professional, elegant visual assets primarily using Canva and PowerPoint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making slides, has a good grasp of basic English content, and wants to contribute to meaningful social initiatives.

Key Resposibilities:

Presentation & Visual Design

• Transform raw inputs into clear, visually engaging slides using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Maintain design consistency, apply templates, and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Thoughtfully place icons, visuals, and graphics to enhance communication.
• Create simple infographics and social media graphics as needed.

Content Integration & General Communications Support

• Align graphics with concise English content — headings, bullet points, key messages.
• Ensure slides and graphics are error-free, clear, and compelling.
• Assist with quick-turnaround design needs for events, meetings, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and learning teams to visually represent ideas.
  

Skills & Profile:

• Aesthetic sense: clean design, alignment, spacing, icon usage.
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
• Basic English fluency: to follow briefs and ensure accurate text.
• Fast learner, eager to experiment and adapt.
• Interest in education, leadership, and public policy is a plus.
