Graphic & Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic & Motion Designer. Based in Pune, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our clients.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing branding elements, including logos and visual guidelines, that deeply resonate with target audiences by incorporating insights into marketing psychology.
• Creating engaging social media creatives and high-impact Meta ad creatives informed by a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the psychological triggers that drive engagement and conversion.
• Producing dynamic motion graphics and compelling video content that not only looks visually appealing but also strategically communicates brand messages, builds trust, and drives desired actions.
• Developing detailed storyboards to visualize concepts, always keeping the overarching marketing objective and the customer's journey and emotional response in mind.
• Collaborating closely with the team to ensure visual content aligns with strategic goals, leverages deep customer insights, and contributes to measurable business outcomes.
• Acting as a critical thinker with a strong "marketing mind," capable of translating complex marketing objectives and nuanced customer insights into visually compelling, persuasive, and effective communications. You'll go beyond mere aesthetics to consider the strategic impact of every design element.

• Skills in Graphic & Motion Design
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Video Production
• Excellent visual and creative skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or related industry is a plus
• Experience with UI/UX is a plus
