The Wedding Toli is a full-service wedding planning company based in Jaipur, known for crafting magical, meaningful, and memorable celebrations. As we continue to grow our creative and design capabilities, we’re looking for a passionate and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team. TWT also have offices in Mumbai & Delhi.

Role Overview:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

●    Develop moodboards, invitation layouts, stationery mockups, event branding concepts, and client presentation templates

●    Design creative assets for digital platforms – Instagram posts, reels covers, PDF proposals, and WhatsApp invites

●    Collaborate with décor, planning, and marketing teams to visualize themes and decor styles

●    Assist in creating on-ground event design elements – welcome boards, signages, itineraries, etc.

●    Visualize stage designs, entrances, and layouts in 2D/3D for decor proposals (if skilled in AutoCAD or similar software)

●    Maintain brand consistency and aesthetics in all deliverables

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

CorelDRAW

Adobe Photoshop

●    Strong aesthetic sense in color, typography, and composition

●    Ability to convert ideas and mood boards into visually appealing designs

●    Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

●    Understanding of wedding/event décor elements and luxury aesthetics

Who Should Apply:

●    1-3 years of experience in graphic design (wedding or event industry experience is a huge plus)

●    Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work

●    Passionate about weddings, art, storytelling, and design

●    Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
