Job Description

Responsibilities

Design graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, flyers, posters, newsletters, event banners, and campaign merchandise.
Create brand-consistent templates and visual assets for speeches, press kits, and policy presentations.
Work closely with the communications team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and messaging.
Design dynamic infographics and data visualizations to communicate political achievements, statistics, or policy impacts.
Ensure all designs reflect the tone, values, and image of the political figure/party with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Support video and motion graphic production by providing assets, lower-thirds, and thumbnails.
Maintain and organize a design library and asset repository for internal use.
Collaborate with printers and external vendors to produce high-quality physical materials on tight deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in political, advocacy, or media sectors.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience with social media design formats and digital advertising assets (Meta, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, YouTube).
Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, branding, and communication work.
Ability to adapt to rapid feedback, shifting timelines, and high-pressure environments.
A strong sense of color, typography, layout, and political messaging.
Understanding of political branding, election cycles, and public communication ethics is a plus.
Language skills (regional/local) are an advantage depending on the voter base.
