Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs across various digital and print platforms. Your artistic skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in enhancing our brand image and captivating our audience.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design

Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Develop unique and captivating designs for marketing materials, social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, and other promotional collaterals.

2. Visual Content: Design compelling visual content, including infographics, illustrations, and icons, to enhance the impact of our messaging.

3. Photo Editing: Retouch and manipulate images to meet design requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.

4. Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on time.

5. Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, industry best practices, and new tools to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful design integration.

7. Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw, Canva) and other graphic design tools.

8. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively, visualize concepts, and bring fresh ideas to design projects.

9. Communication: Excellent communication skills to understand project briefs and collaborate effectively with team members.

10. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a Full-time position with 10 hours per day. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 INR.
