Position Title : Graphic Designer

Base Location : Delhi
Division : Corporate Marketing

Primary Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging visual communication tailored to the biomedical and scientific community.

Job Description:

• Design digital and print creatives for product brochures, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, exhibitions, and internal brand management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize campaign ideas and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Work on website graphics, landing pages, and UI/UX elements (basic understanding preferred).
• Develop infographics, illustrations, and visuals to explain scientific/technical information in an appealing manner.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality & Brand Guidelines.
• Assist in video editing and basic motion graphics (optional, preferred).

Job Specification:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and a good sense of visual composition.
• Understanding of print production and digital media formats.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Ability to understand Healthcare & Life Science products and processes.
• Experience in medical/scientific illustration or working with technical content.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (like Wix/WordPress).
• Video editing and animation skills for reels, product demos, or explainer videos.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s /Master Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva,Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).

Experience:

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B or healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Proven experience in creating both print and digital creatives including brochures, social media visuals, emailers, banners, and presentations.
• Exposure to branding projects, exhibition/stall design, or product launches is a strong advantage.
