Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Local
Conduct deep keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover targeting opportunities
Write compelling, click-worthy ad copy tailored to client goals and audience intent
Provide recommendations to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and other analytics tools
Deliver clear, actionable weekly performance updates—not just reports—with strategic insights and next steps
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy with broader marketing initiatives
Continuously test, learn, and refine campaigns based on performance data and market feedback

Requirements

5+ years of direct Google Ads experience with a track record of ROI-positive campaigns
Expertise in local search marketing and B2B lead generation funnels
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics
Highly organized, data-driven, and committed to performance outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
