Hai, We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our thriving CoWorking space in Hyderabad/Pune/Bengaluru as our General Manager - Sales Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager of Sales located in Hyderabad/Pune/Bengaluru. The General Manager of Sales will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, leading general management tasks, driving sales initiatives, overseeing customer service operations, and managing a sales team. As GM Sales, you will be instrumental in driving occupancy growth and revenue generation for our CoWorking space. You will lead and inspire a sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing members. Qualifications Minimum 8-10 Years of Progressive sales experience, with at least 5 Years in a leadership role Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or service-based industries. Experience in the CoWorking or flexible workspace sector is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of the business landscape and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration or related field
