Global Partnership Manager – Online Degree

Position Overview:

As a Global Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with EdTech companies, education consultants, training institutes, and academic agencies worldwide to promote our online and campus-based degree programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential international partners such as EdTech companies, education consultants, and academic agencies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with global partners and clients.
• Promote our portfolio of internationally accredited online and campus-based degree programs.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Admissions, Operations) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and campaign executions.
• Track partner performance, address concerns, and ensure target achievement.
• Explore new market opportunities and attend international education fairs, webinars, and networking events (virtual/in-person).
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in global partnership management, international student recruitment, or EdTech business development (preferably with online degree programs or university collaborations).
• Existing network of EdTech firms, education consultants, or academic agencies is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage international relationships across different time zones.
• Proactive, target-driven, and relationship-oriented mindset.
