Job Description

As a Generalist Marketer with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in the USA market, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer marketing. Your role at this Y Combinator-backed startup will require you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing content marketing, product marketing, event planning, and demand generation activities. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing content strategies such as thought leadership pieces, case studies, blogs, and product messaging. Collaborating with sales and product teams to refine positioning and sales enablement materials will also be crucial. You will own the creation of marketing collateral to support outbound campaigns and customer engagement. In addition, you will lead the company's presence at major US insurance industry conferences, plan micro-events to foster relationships within the industry, and build an engaged community through targeted outreach and valuable content. Amplifying events and community initiatives through media and securing industry recognition will also be part of your role. Executing targeted demand generation campaigns, aligning marketing with sales to ensure a steady pipeline of prospects, and supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives will be essential for driving business growth. You will monitor and report on marketing funnel performance, leveraging data to identify trends and optimization opportunities across the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. To excel in this role, you should have strong skills in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics & Tag Manager for performance tracking, copywriting, UX design, and crafting compelling messaging. Experience in organizing and executing industry events, as well as startup experience, will be highly beneficial. Additional skills such as campaign optimization, lead generation, CRM management, event marketing, marketing funnels, design, budget management, and knowledge of content marketing will further enhance your ability to succeed in this position. Bonus points will be awarded for experience traveling to the US for industry events, client call participation, and managing customer communities and engagement programs.,
