Job Description

We're Hiring: Generalist – Compliance & Security Support (Remote | 0–2 Yrs Exp)


Cybersecurity and Compliance


SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR


What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers – email, chat, and calls
  • Help onboard clients and assist with queries or issues
  • Work with internal teams to drive customer success
  • Learn and contribute to compliance processes like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR
  • Support day-to-day ops, documentation, and project tasks


What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience (any customer-facing/support role)
  • Excellent communication and soft skills
  • Interest in Security, Compliance, or SaaS
  • Quick learner, problem-solver, team player
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Excellent manners and ethics


Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Intercom, Slack
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity or compliance terms
