The General Manager will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, marketing the hotel, and implementing business strategies to enhance overall performance and guest satisfaction.

Leadership and Management skills: managing staff, overseeing operations, driving revenue growth
Customer Service skills: ensuring guest satisfaction, handling inquiries and complaints
Financial skills: handling budgets, managing inventory, financial planning
Marketing and Business Strategy skills: marketing the hotel, implementing business strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
