Role Overview:

Generative AI Concept Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Creation

• Translate briefs and event themes into stunning, AI-assisted concept art and mood boards.
• Develop visual narratives for event spaces, brand activations, and immersive experiences using Gen AI tools.

• Generative AI Visualization

• Use platforms like Midjourney, Runway, etc, to create high-quality visual content.
• Enhance traditional sketches and renders using AI to speed up the concept development process.

• Collaboration & Ideation

• Work closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to understand project goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creatively and pushing visual boundaries.

• Design Refinement

• Iterate concepts based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Use AI tools alongside manual design techniques (Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, etc.) for final outputs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in

  concept art

  ,

  visual storytelling

  event/environment design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both traditional and AI-generated visual concepting.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo, Runway, etc.)
• Understanding of event layouts, branding, spatial design, and stage/booth aesthetics.
• Familiarity with design software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Blender (a plus).
• Ability to communicate creative ideas visually and verbally to both internal teams and clients.
• Passionate about staying ahead of trends in AI and design innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in design, fine arts, visual communication, or related fields.
• Experience working in an agency or event/experiential marketing company.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or scripting for AI art tools is a plus.
