Full-Stack Developer (React, TypeScript, NestJS)

Role Description We’re hiring a Full-Time Developer to work on-site at our Ranchi office. You'll be part of a small, agile team building large-scale web applications. The role involves hands-on development, clean architecture implementation, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll work closely with designers and other developers to ship reliable, high-performance software. Qualifications Build scalable web applications using React (TypeScript, Vite) and NestJS Implement and consume REST APIs with secure, role-based access control Develop modular, reusable components and manage state with Zustand Design, query, and optimize PostgreSQL or MySQL databases Write clean, maintainable code and perform debugging and performance tuning Collaborate on UI/UX with the design team to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces Identify and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently Requirements Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Strong knowledge of React , TailwindCSS , and component-based UI development Experience with NestJS or Node.js , and ORM tools like TypeORM Familiarity with secure authentication methods, especially JWT Comfortable using Git , debugging tools, and browser dev tools Experience or willingness to learn Linux server management and deployment workflows A problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and find effective solutions independently.
