Job Description

Open Positions:

1. Software Developer Intern

Eligibility:

Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA.
Familiarity with at least one language: Python, JavaScript, C++, PHP, etc.
Basic understanding of frameworks like React, Angular, or Django.
Strong OOP, DS & Algo understanding.
Git/GitHub, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL knowledge is a bonus.

2. Graphic Designer

Eligibility:

1-2 years of experience in design.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma.
Good grasp of typography, layout & visual hierarchy.
Motion graphics and Canva/Webflow knowledge is a plus.

3. IT Administrator

Eligibility:

1-2 years in IT/System Admin role.
Hands-on with networks, Windows/Linux, M365, Active Directory.
Cloud, scripting, IT security, and certifications (CompTIA, CCNA) are added advantages.

4. Digital Marketing Specialist

Eligibility:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Well-versed in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO, SEM, Email marketing, Analytics.
HubSpot/Google Ads certification preferred.
WordPress/Webflow/HTML knowledge is a plus.

5. Business Development Executive

Eligibility:

1-2 years in sales/business development (preferably in tech/EdTech/SaaS).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage.
Understanding of lead generation and SaaS metrics is a plus.

6. Human Resources Executive

Eligibility:

02 years of experience in HR roles.
Hands-on with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HRIS, payroll, and compliance.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR tools.
Experience in employee engagement & performance management cycles.
