Job Description

Join a rapidly growing agency in Howrah that delivers full-stack digital campaigns for SMEs worldwide. As a Fresher Graphic Designer, you will turn briefs into compelling visuals that strengthen brand presence across social media, web, and print. This on-site role offers hands-on mentoring and a clear growth path for design enthusiasts eager to master Adobe Illustrator.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing briefs into eye-catching static and motion graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and email.
  • Create vector illustrations, icons and infographics using Adobe Illustrator that align with brand guidelines.
  • Support senior designers on logo design, packaging mock-ups and presentation decks.
  • Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct bleed, resolution and colour management.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO and video teams to maintain visual consistency across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on design trends, proposing fresh concepts during brainstorming sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; basic knowledge of Photoshop; strong portfolio of college or freelance work; understanding of colour, layout and typography; ability to work full-time from Howrah studio.
  • Preferred: Exposure to After Effects or Premiere Pro; knowledge of social media dimensions; familiarity with Canva or Figma; basic English copy-editing.
