Freight Broker/Logistics Coordinator

🔹 Location: Mohali

🔹 Experience: Minimum 6 months

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of freight market rates and trends
• Carrier and shipper relationship management
• Load board usage (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
• Multitasking and time management under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Sales-driven mindset

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
2. Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective freight solutions.
3. Coordinate and manage full truckload (FTL) and/or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
4. Monitor shipments and provide real-time tracking updates.
5. Handle load documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
6. Meet or exceed monthly sales and load targets.
7. Stay updated on market trends, rates, and freight availability.
