Franchise Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Franchise Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying potential business partners, promoting our franchise model, and assisting them throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential franchise partners
• Pitch the business model and explain the benefits of franchising
• Build relationships with leads and guide them through the franchise acquisition process
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding
• Meet franchise sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or franchise development
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in the travel/tourism domain (preferred)

Mandatory:

 Communication in Malayalam & English

 Job Type: Full-time office job

 Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month + Incentives

 Working Days: Monday To Saturday

 Working Hours: 09.30 Am to 06.30 Pm

 Working Location: Pioneer Towers, Menaka, Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala 682031

 Willing to work Under Target and Sales Oriented Job

 Self-quick learning is more important to this role
