The Skinsmiths Salon & Spa is a premium beauty and wellness brand known for its cutting-edge treatments, luxurious ambiance, and commitment to excellence. We are among top salons in Ludhiana with one 3,000 sq. feet salon in Central Ludhiana and are currently in process of further expansion in Ludhiana.

We are now expanding our franchise network in North India – Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, J&K, Rajasthan, and Delhi NCR. We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead this initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential franchise partners across Punjab.
• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint high-growth cities and towns.
• Guide new franchisees through setup, training, and brand integration.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees in Punjab.
• Foster long-term partnerships through regular engagement and support.
• Monitor franchisee performance metrics and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in franchise development, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willing to participate in Franchise exhibitions to generate leads.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
