We are a fast-moving embedded systems startup focused on delivering full-stack hardware solutions from design to manufacturing. As we scale our services and work toward launching our own products, we're seeking a passionate partner to help shape and grow the business alongside the founding team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

People & HR Operations

• Set up policies, onboarding procedures, and team culture frameworks.
• Define and track KPIs for individuals.
• Design and execute a performance review system.
• Help determine pay structures for future hires.
• Be a point of contact for team communication and coordination.

Business Strategy & Market Development

• Assist in market research and competitive analysis for product validation.
• Identify new product or service opportunities based on market needs.
• Work with the founder to refine go-to-market strategies.
  

Education & Qualifications

• MBA in

  HR, Marketing

  or a related business specialization.
• OR someone with strong

  communication, people skills

  , and experience in Early-stage startup, Business operations, Team building or strategic hiring
