Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding Engineer located in Poulsbo, WA. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing core aspects of the platform. This includes working on backend and frontend development, ensuring system scalability, and integrating AI technologies. Day-to-day tasks will involve close collaboration with the founding team to build and enhance the platform, while also addressing technical challenges and finding effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in backend development, such as proficiency in Python, Node.js, or related technologies
• Experience with frontend development, including expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks like React or Angular
• Understanding and experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Proven ability to work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous startup experience is a plus
