About the Role:

Founder’s Office at CreativeHooks is not a single role – it’s like wearing the founder’s multiple hats. You’ll be the right hand to the founder, helping drive every aspect of the business. Expect a crazy mix of strategy, creativity, and execution.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll do:

1. Market Research

   – Understand trends, competitors, and new opportunities in D2C and creative space.

2. Expansion

   – Help identify new services, new geographies, new brand verticals.

3. Sales & Client Acquisition

   – Support in closing deals with prospects and crafting proposals.

4. Project Management

   – Keep projects on track, manage deadlines, ensure smooth delivery.

5. Talent Scouting

   – Find and onboard the best UGC creators and actors.

6. Creative Strategy

   – Help brainstorm hooks, scripts, and big creative ideas for ad campaigns.

7. Directing UGC Ads

   – Work alongside the founder in guiding creators during shoots.

8. P&L & Budgets

   – Learn how a creative agency manages money and keeps operations profitable.

9. Operations

   – Oversee shoot logistics, budgets, and smooth execution.

10. Client Management

    – Ensure clients are happy and keep coming back for more.
