### About the role:

We’re looking for a Founder&lsquo;s Office Associate who will wear multiple hats across:

<b>Sales support, demos, and upsell strategy</b>

<b>Product insights &amp; feedback loops</b> 

This is a <b>cross-functional, dynamic role</b> for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building things from scratch, and loves playing with AI tools to solve real-world problems.

### <b>Responsibilities: </b>

#### <b>Operations &amp; Automation (~40%)</b>

Identify repetitive processes across customer support, internal ops, and sales — and <b>automate them using AI tools, APIs, and no-code platforms.</b>

-
Build, manage, or integrate tools that streamline operations (think Zapier, GPT APIs, LangChain).

#### <b>Customer Success &amp; Support (~20%)</b>

Engage with customers to <b>resolve support tickets, guide onboarding</b>, and ensure continued satisfaction.

Act as a <b>technical liaison</b> between customers and engineering.

#### <b>Product Feedback &amp; Growth (~20%)</b>

Channel customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to <b>prototype new features or solutions</b>.

#### <b>Sales &amp; Upsell (~20%)</b>

Assist the founder and sales team in <b>sales calls, demos, and technical discussions.</b>

Identify <b>upsell opportunities</b> and help execute expansion strategies.

Contribute to <b>improving the sales process with AI and automation.</b>

## Prerequisites:

- <b>Native Operator</b>: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and no-code AI tools.

<b>Sales &amp; Growth Orientation</b>: Comfortable with pitching, customer demos, and understanding revenue growth levers.

<b>Technical Comfort</b>: Can work with APIs, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool), and basic scripting is a plus.

<b>Customer-First Thinking</b>: Deep empathy for customers and a strong problem-solving mindset.

<b>Startup Hustler</b>: You’re proactive, self-directed, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Bonus: <b>Previous experience in SaaS, AI startups, customer success, sales engineering, or product ops.</b>
