.🚀 Responsibilitie

• s:Manage daily operations of the tech team (Node.js, Next.js, SQ
• L).Coordinate and guide the UI/UX team for timely wireframes and design handoff
• s.Conduct daily standups and maintain structured progress report
• s.Prioritize tasks, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure delivery timelines are me
• t.Act as the founder’s right hand in executing product vision and team coordinatio
• n.Help define, document, and refine product workflows and sprint cycl

• r:Strong understanding of web technologies (Node.js, Next.js, SQL
• ).Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tool
• s.Ability to manage people, delegate tasks, and follow up effectivel
