Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge, located in Aurangabad. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production shift, ensuring that safety, quality, and production targets are met. Tasks include monitoring and managing shift staff, coordinating with maintenance and quality control departments, and troubleshooting operational issues. The role requires maintaining detailed records of production data and performing regular equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications
