• Design graphics for social media, websites, brochures, and ads
• Create illustrations, logos, and visual elements that align with our brand
• Work with the marketing and training teams to develop creative concepts
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, presentations, banners)
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or similar tools)
• Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
• Good portfolio showing your design skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Open to feedback and eager to learn new styles and techniques

• Basic knowledge of video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with Canva or Figma for quick web/social graphics
• Awareness of trends in digital marketing design
