Floor Manager

As a Floor Manager at Kapra Gold & Diamonds, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily floor operations to ensure a seamless customer service experience at our jewellery showroom. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and customer-focused environment. Your key responsibilities will include supervising the daily showroom floor operations, coordinating and leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement, monitoring staff performance and handling escalations, maintaining floor discipline, display, and cleanliness, as well as achieving sales targets to support store growth. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewellery retail sector, possess strong leadership and team coordination skills, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrate a smart, confident, and sales-driven attitude, and be below 40 years of age. Local candidates are preferred for this position. We offer a competitive salary package based on your experience and performance, along with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. This is a full-time position with a schedule that may include day shifts and rotational shifts.
