Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Pune. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff training and development. Responsibilities include supervising service delivery, implementing operational strategies, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Floor Manager will act as a point of contact between employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
