Job Description: Sales Manager/ Field Sales – IT Hardware & Software - BANGALORE, India We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager - Field Sales, to drive sales of IT hardware and software products. You will identify and engage potential clients, present tailored solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment. This role demands strong communication, customer relationship skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by prospecting and cold calling Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demo Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT hardware/software solutions Negotiate and close sales to meet targets Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and post-sales support Maintain in crm -sales reports and customer records Qualifications & Skills/ Pre-Requisites Only Candidate with experience in Bangalore will be preferred Experience in IT hardware/software sales-field sales Decent English communication skills Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory Needs to have own 2-Wheeler, Laptop
