Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls. Visit potential clients to demonstrate products and services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Submit daily visit reports and update CRM tools/sales trackers. Attend product training, sales meetings, and trade shows as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Collect market feedback and report trends to the management team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in local language(s); English is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
