Job Description Join Airtel as a Broadband Champion (BB Champ) and apply your extensive field sales experience to transform online leads into broadband sales successes. In this pivotal role, you will be based at an Airtel store and report directly to the store manager, where you will be responsible for engaging customers swiftly and professionally, showcasing Airtel’s superior connectivity solutions with precision and persuasive communication. Key Responsibilities:  Promptly contact excess online leads and set customer appointments within 15 minutes.  Conduct customer visits to pitch broadband and bundled propositions, ensuring persistent follow-up until a clear response is received.  Deliver confident and articulate sales pitches by effectively comparing competitive offerings and highlighting Airtel’s advantages.  Execute local marketing activities such as stickering and leafleting in targeted high-potential areas.  Generate and nurture customer referrals to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.  Utilize digital tools like Airtel Work, CRM, Excel, and mobile applications for lead management and performance tracking. Qualification & Experience:  Educational Background: Graduate  Age: 22 - 31 Years  Professional Experience: 0-3 years of field/ direct sales experience.  Industry & Target Companies: o Telecom (XFE/ Broad Band Sales roles at competition) o Financial Services & Banking (Credit cards, Loans) o Fintech (QR payments, mobile plans) is highly desirable. o Exposure to high-pressure, incentive-based sales environments is a plus.  Vehicle Possession: Mandatory Competencies & Behavioral Traits:  Demonstrates unwavering persistence and resilience, maintaining a “never say no” attitude even in the face of rejection.  Familiar with local customer needs, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build referrals.  Exhibits excellent objection handling skills and effective communication to articulate product benefits.  Possesses strong local market insight and the ability to build trusted customer relationships.  Is self-driven by performance-based incentives, showing a disciplined follow-up approach.  Maintains basic proficiency in digital tools and a keen aptitude for leveraging technology in sales.  Driven by a clear aspiration for career growth and possesses a strong sense of ownership in achieving
