Field Sales Executive – NZ SOLUTIONSAs a Field Sales Executive at NZ SOLUTIONS, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. Your role will be critical in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will also earn an attractive performance-based incentive of 2–3% on each successful sale.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and results to management.
Earn 2–3% commission on each closed deal, in addition to your base salary.
