Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a keen understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships. Promote company products/services via social media, email campaigns, and field visits. Prepare marketing materials and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Maintain CRM and regular reporting of activities. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Good command over English and regional language. Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, or similar software. Presentable, confident, and outgoing personality. Willing to travel locally when required. We are seeking a detail-oriented Female Accounts Executive with a strong background in accounting and finance to manage day-to-day financial transactions and assist with reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist in tax preparation. Bank reconciliations and petty cash handling. Assist with audits and financial reporting. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues. Use accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or similar. Requirements: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance. Experience with Tally ERP or other accounting software. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Good analytical and communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
