Field Sales Executive

Job Title : Field Sales Executive Location : Chandigarh (Punjab) & Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) Company : A reputed 55-year-old pharmaceutical company headquartered in New Delhi with a strong global presence, specializing in the publishing of books and journals in health sciences. Job Summary : We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare and medical publication products to institutions, medical professionals, and distributors in the assigned region. This role demands strong communication skills, regional market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities : Promote and sell company’s medical and healthcare publications in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including doctors, hospitals, medical colleges, and bookstores. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and order follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the reporting manager. Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Ensure timely submission of reports and customer data through CRM or other reporting tools. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or conferences when required. Qualifications : Graduate degree (Science or Pharmacy preferred). Experience : 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical publishing industry. Skills Required : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and the local regional language (Punjabi for Chandigarh, Hindi for Meerut). Strong negotiation and client handling abilities. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Willingness to travel within the territory.
