Job Description

We are hiring a Field Sales Engineer to drive business development and customer engagement in the manufacturing and engineering sector. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, sales, and fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead generationMaintain strong relationships with existing OEM and industrial clientsUnderstand customer needs and present customized engineering solutionsConduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and sales presentationsTrack market trends and competitor activities to enhance business opportunitiesProvide technical consultation and after-sales support to customersCollaborate internally with product and engineering teams to close dealsPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and client meeting updates regularlyDesired Candidate Profile:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering2+ years of field sales experience in OEMs or manufacturing industriesStrong technical understanding of industrial products and engineering solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsWillingness to travel extensively for client visits and field sales
