Field Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Field Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various field positions across different industries. This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field networking. Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns in different locations. Screening & Selection: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Provide regular updates on recruitment status. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in field recruitment, preferably in staffing agencies or high-volume hiring. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with blue-collar, retail, sales, or logistics hiring is a plus. Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools. Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
