Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fettling Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Fettling Supervisor will oversee day-to-day fettling operations, ensuring the smooth processing of cast components. This includes managing a team of workers, maintaining quality control, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and adhering to safety standards. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet production goals and conducting regular performance evaluations of the fettling staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in fettling operations, including supervision and quality control
• Knowledge of stainless steel casting processes and related equipment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or foundry industry is beneficial
